just for a minute or two
Stanley could hardly believe it and had to shut his eyes....there was a mad dash for the camera as photographic evidence was needed for this rare sight within the ramshackle farmhouse.. I didn't even have time to grab the tripod as I could see the clouds moving across the sky ready to plunge us once more into darkness...
So there you have it at 2.48pm on a random Thursday afternoon there was actually sun...for all of 5 minutes.
So you know crafty ways do bring sunny days....

...oh yes they do!

Ah, you captured it! What lovely light and pretty home! We had a fleeting bit of the shiny stuff today, but alas like yours, it too only lasted a moment and was gone again.
ReplyDeleteOh my your home is full of cozy! Love it...and your sweet blog. I think I need a pup like yours to sit on my sofa...love the markings on his/her tail ...happy weekend.

Hello Rachelle, Just to say my book arrived in todays mail - all the way across the globe to New Zealand. I was soooo excited & the mail lady is sick of me standing at the box every day (she told me this) - I have had a glance through & just made a pot of tea and am off to take phone off hook & sit back & enjoy . . . thankyou so, so much. Hugs, Julie :-)
ReplyDeleteI know, at this time of year, you gotta take any bit of sunshine you can get! today we did not see the sun, but there was a peek of blue sky for a few moments and it was bliss!
ReplyDeleteJust chanced upon your lovely blog. Gorgeous photos. Lizzie
